Building Scorecard

The Building Scorecard Dashboard gives a holistic view of performance across all buildings within an Organization. It aggregates energy performance by total avoidable cost along with maintenance and comfort scores to see the portfolio/building performance. This dashboard is a helpful way to go from hundreds of pieces of equipment and drill into those that are most significantly affecting the overall portfolio performance metrics.

Configuration Dashboards

The Configuration dashboards provide an overview of issues which could be impacting the overall accuracy and comprehensiveness of diagnostic analyses. The dashboard series is divided into four distinct dashboards:

  • Configuration: Asset Register is a summary of the configured building, equipment, and points

  • Configuration: Flags isolates issues with the configuration which are impacting the diagnostic analyses

  • Configuration: Missing Information isolates missing information, such as motor rated power, which could be provided to improve the diagnostic analyses

  • Configuration: Missing Sensors isolates missing sensors, such as an Air Handler supply air temperature, which could be provided to improve the diagnostic analyses

Critical Space Monitoring

Critical Space Monitoring Dashboards enable users to isolate specific areas of their building(s) for monitoring indoor environmental conditions. The dashboard includes views of 5-minute interval data collected from the BMS along with specific diagnostics identifying areas of the building outside of compliance with desired setpoints.

Data Connectivity

The Data Connectivity dashboard provides a snapshot of the reporting status of all data points within the last 1 hour. The dashboard analyzes all data from the filtered buildings and classifies each point as:

  • Connected: at least one value from the data point was received within the last 1 hour

  • Not Reporting: no data received from the point within the last 1 hour

Energy Insights

The Energy Insights dashboard enables users to view whole-building energy performance trends across multiple buildings in their portfolio. The dashboard utilizes energy meters from the building and calculated virtual meters to visualize total energy consumption, energy use intensity (EUI), system/equipment energy demands, and energy Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The dashboard includes a table of diagnostics identifying the top energy performance issues occurring across all equipment within the selected buildings.

Equipment Comfort Top Faults

The Equipment Comfort Top Faults Dashboard provides a focused view into comfort issues, enabling users to address common indoor air quality (IAQ) problems effectively and prioritize issues in the least comfortable spaces. The dashboard is divided into three sections, each targeting low-scoring equipment, IAQ concerns, and space comfort issues. By utilizing this dashboard, you can enhance your building’s Comfort Score.

Equipment Maintenance Top Faults

The Equipment Maintenance Top Faults Dashboard offers a focused view into maintenance faults, allowing users to address issues effectively and improve their building’s Maintenance Score. With this dashboard, users can easily identify common Diagnostic results across equipment classes, streamlining troubleshooting efforts and enabling application of resolutions or fixes across multiple pieces of equipment. The dashboard also provides users the ability to prioritize maintenance issues on low-scoring mechanical equipment, leading to enhanced overall performance.

Performance Insights Dashboard

Performance Insights Dashboards are a fantastic mechanism to provide clients with early insights into their building’s performance while Clockworks is still in the middle of the onboarding process. Performance Insights dashboards are enabled as soon as point mapping is complete, and data flow is established for a building. There are a total of four Performance Dashboard templates, each with a consistent layout but with different buildings systems presented:

  • Performance Insights - Zone Equipment (Equipment Class = Zone Equipment)

  • Performance Insights - Air Handlers (Equipment Class = Air Handlers)

  • Performance Insights - Cooling Systems (Equipment Class = Chiller, Cooling System, Environmental Heat Exchange)

  • Performance Insights - Heating Systems (Equipment Class = Boiler, Heating System)

Program Impact Dashboard

The Program Impact Dashboard provides an overview of the Clockworks FDD program’s impact and team engagement across your portfolio. This dashboard enables users to proactively manage their program by presenting trends related to task creation and completion, as well as realized cost and carbon savings. It further analyzes these trends on a user-level basis, showing login specifics and summarizing work created, assigned, and completed by individual users.

Seasonal Dashboard

The Seasonal Dashboard was created to highlight top cold weather faults (heating season) and hot weather faults (cooling season) to action within Diagnostics. It provides a view of the comfort score trend within the building as well as comfort scores for the last heating and cooling seasons. The intent is to guide users on the key words to search for within the Diagnostics to prioritize and action.

Task and Diagnostics Prioritization Dashboard

The Task and Diagnostic Prioritization dashboard was developed to be used by teams on a weekly basis to discuss open tasks, validate issues have been resolved on completed tasks, and create new tasks from high priority diagnostics. It provides a single view for operators and manager personas to cross filter task and diagnostic tables based on the selected equipment.

The intent is for this dashboard to be shared early in the client engagement (typically the first one after early value dashboards) to teach users how to prioritize work and drive the associated workflows. This dashboard replaces the Equipment: Worst Offenders and Weekly task Meeting Dashboard.
