Projects

The Projects module enables users to create projects associated with diagnostic results across equipment to track project information, establish costs and payback, set target dates, organize workflow, prioritize projects, assign users, and generate projected cost savings.

 You can search for projects across your portfolio based on building, equipment or analysis associations and can further specify a search based on timing of project as well as its description. Based on the search parameter set buy the user a list of matching projects will appear below search criteria. 

To add a new project click on the ‘Add Project’ tab on the top of the module and fill in the required fields. Each project must be assigned to specific analyses that are tied to unique pieces of equipment in the building. By assigning a project to a specific analysis the Projects module will calculate a projected annual savings and payback period based on past diagnostic findings. 

If the project is currently under construction then the projected savings and payback period will be updated daily as the diagnostic findings are updated.
