Layout of the Dashboard Page

The header of the website is where you go to:

View My Profile -

Adjust Settings - Click to view and change the following user settings:

  • Unit System - Select between IP and SI. For definitions on IP and SI please click here:

  • Currency - Select multiple currencies that are supported.

For help with general questions, suggestions, setup requests, or in the result that an error has occurred in your system and your administrator cannot help you any further.

 

Log Out of application

Click to be logged out of the application and redirected to the sign in screen.

 

The Global Navigation is how you navigate to different modules within the application. Within the Global Navigation is the following modules:

  • Dashboards: How you view, manage, and use your dashboards.

  • Tasks:

  • Admin: Where you manage your Widgets and Dashboards Templates settings.

 

Filters

Filters are grouped by like items in the dashboard for more ease of use. A “Global filter” is applied throughout the entire application as a “Page Filter” only apples to the specific page you are on.

Layout of Widgets

Widgets can be resized and moved around in any combination and size that is best suited to the user. For example:

  1. Resize the widgets to the size you want by clicking the bottom right hand corner of the widget and dragging it to the appropriate size. This applies to all widgets within the dashboard.

  2. Move widgets to a desired location by selecting the top hand menu bar and dragging the widget to a place on the dashboard you like. This applies to all widgets within the dashboard.

Language Translator

The application has the ability to change the user’s preferred language throughout the entire application. In this section we will be taking a look on how to do that.

  1. After you have successfully logged in, you either will be taken to your default dashboard, (if you have set one) or to the “Manage Dashboards” page.

     

  2. In either event, you will notice a box on the lower right of the screen with in this case, the default language of English.

3. To change the language for the entire application, click this box.

4. Now click your desired language. In this scenario we will be using Deutsch. Notice now the application reloads, and all words that can be translated, are now in Deutsch. The flag and language is now changed and displayed in the same box in the bottom right of the screen.
