Logging In

The login in page is https://ecostruxure-building-advisor-asset-health.se.app/login

  1. Enter your email address

  2. The platform will recognize you as a valid user (if valid) and you can enter your email

    1. if your email address is invalid, contact your Identity Provider (IDP) or Administrator.

  3. Enter your password

    1. If you use the platform’s Azure Active Directory B2C identify service (standard), you will be directed to enter your password in the Azure Active Directory B2C gateway.

    2. If you use Single Sign On, you will be redirected to your organizations identity provider to enter your password, or, if you are already logged in, you will be authenticated and allowed to pass into the application.

  4. When using single sign on, after entering your email the user will see an additional pop-up titled “When I log out…” that presents a checkbox for “Log me out of my identity provider.”

  5. If user is not using single sign on, then the message above will be displayed after the user has filled in and submitted their credentials.

     

The first thing you see

After you have logged into the platform, you will see one of two things.

  1. If you have a default dashboard selected, your default dashboard will automatically load as your “home” page. We will explain more about setting your default dashboard elsewhere. Your default dashboard could like something like this:

2. If you do not have a default dashboard set, you will see the Manage Dashboard page. From there, you can click on any of the dashboards in the list to view them. You can also add a new dashboard from a template using the “Add Dashboard” button, or you can create your own dashboard by picking from the widget library, using the “Create Dashboard” button.

Setting your default dashboard

In order to set your default dashboard, which is the dashboard that is your “home” page when you first log in, take the following steps.

  1. Click the settings icon on the top right of a dashboard

2. Check the “Default Dashboard” box and click “Save”

Next time you log in, this dashboard will load first and be your “home” page. You can set any dashboard to be your default dashboard.
