Widget Actions Dropdown

In all widgets on the dashboard module, users have the ability to select widget actions in the upper right hand of a widget by selecting the 3 dot menu.

To view the actions:

  • Click the 3 dot menu and you will see the following:

Request Support

In all widgets on a dashboard, a user can request help by clicking the 3 dot menu, then click “Request Support”. This feature will bring up a modal that links to CW’s support team that will create a help ticket and includes all dashboard filters, widget filters, and the ability to attach a screenshot/document/or supporting artifact to the ticket.

Settings

In all widgets on a dashboard, a user can click the 3 dot menu and change the widget title as long as they have the correct privilege's.

Important Note: Not all users have the privilege's to edit a widget title and instead will see:

Clone

In all widgets on a dashboard, a user can click the 3 dot menu and select to “clone” a widget. This function is a quick and easy way to duplicate widgets on a dashboard.

  1. First select the 3 dots and click “clone”

  2. You now will be presented with a message stating, “Are you sure you want to clone?”, you can either continue or cancel.

  3. The new widget will now be added with a widget title of “Clone - (and the name of the widget)” for example:
