Program Impact Dashboard

Introduction to Program Impact Dashboard

The Program Impact Dashboard provides an overview of the Clockworks FDD program’s impact and team engagement across your portfolio. This dashboard enables users to proactively manage their program by presenting trends related to task creation and completion, as well as realized cost and carbon savings. It further analyzes these trends on a user-level basis, showing login specifics and summarizing work created, assigned, and completed by individual users.

Section 1: Task Completion Status Update

The first section of the dashboards shows the tasks completed and associated cost savings realized during the current month up to date, in comparison to the previous month. It provides insights into whether the organization is trending in a positive direction to reach its goals.

The top left widget is summarizing the tasks completed and realized savings for the current month up to the present date, not the previous 30 days of data.

Section 2: User Engagement

The next section of the dashboard assesses user engagement through an analysis of user login information. It compares the count of users who have accessed Clockworks during the current month against the overall count of users with Clockworks logins. The “User Engagement Details” table is arranged in order of the most recent user login and provides a total count of logins by user.

Section 3: Ongoing and Completed Tasks

The left segment of this dashboard section presents potential avoidable cost savings and carbon reductions for ongoing tasks. It visualizes the historical trend of task creation counts and their associated avoidable costs on a monthly basis. On the right side, the dashboard displays actual cost savings and avoided carbon through the completion of tasks.

Section 4: Task Engagement by User

The final section of the dashboard delves into user-level metrics. The top pair of widgets, named “Completed Task Annual Savings by Assignee” and “Completed Task Count by Assignee,” consolidate the cumulative cost savings and count of tasks completed per assignee. On the low left side, the widget labeled “Current Ongoing Task Annual Savings by Assignee” displays the potential savings associated with ongoing tasks assigned to individual users. The lower right widget, “Current Created Task Count by Reporter,” quantifies the task creation contributions of each user.
