Equipment Profiles

The Equipment Profiles pages contain important information about each piece of equipment. QR codes deployed in the field provide quick access to equipment profiles, from which users can view basic engineering information, link to documents, data and diagnostics, or connect to external tools such as existing document management, maintenance management, GIS, or other tools.

Select the building, equipment class and equipment from the drop-down menu to view the equipment profile. The Profile will include:

Details: Basic information about the piece of equipment, including name, model, manufacturer, location in the building, and a brief description.

Service Details: View and edit information about the service history for the piece of equipment.

Equipment Variables:  Engineering information used by the diagnostics, including mechanical information (for ex. horsepower), operational information (for ex. temperature deadbands), and utility rates information (for ex. $/kWh). To edit this information, click “edit variables” and you will be taken to a different page.  Note: Only users with Admin access may edit equipment variables.
