Your home page will be populated by widgets based on which Clockworks package you have. Features may include:

 


Building Map

The Building Map allows the user to view their buildings on a map.  The colors of each building represent that severity of the avoidable cost in each building  on the previous day on a scale of red-orange-yellow-green.  Red means a high level of avoidable energy cost, whereas green means no identified avoidable cost.



Past 30 Days Portfolio Avoidable Costs

The Past 30 Days Portfolio Avoidable Costs widget displays the avoidable costs per day for the entire portfolio over the previous month. It also contains a link to the commissioning dashboard.

 

Last Month’s Top Portfolio Diagnostic Summaries  

Last Month’s Top Portfolio Diagnostic Summaries displays the top ten buildings ranked by total avoidable costs for the last month.  It contains links to the Diagnostics page for each building.



Yesterday’s Top Portfolio Diagnostic Summaries  

Yesterday’s Top Portfolio Diagnostic Summaries displays the top ten buildings by total avoidable costs.  It contains links to the Diagnostics page for each building.

 


Last Month’s Top Portfolio Diagnostic Results  

Last Month’s Top Portfolio Diagnostic Results displays the top ten issues flagged ranked by individual avoidable costs for the last month.  It contains links to the Diagnostics page for each issue.

Recent Open Tasks

The Recent Open Tasks widget displays the open tasks across the portfolio in order of their recency. It contains links to the Tasks page for each task.

 


Top Open Projects

The Top Open Projects widget displays the open projects across the portfolio in order of their projected savings. It contains links to the Projects page for each project.


 

Past 30 Days Portfolio Priorities  

The Past 30 Days Portfolio Priorities widget charts the total and average priorities per day across the portfolio for the past month. It also contains a link to the commissioning dashboard.

 


Recent Building Utility Consumption

The Recent Building Utility Consumption widget displays the increase or decrease in utility consumption for a selected building for an individual utility or across all utilities.

 


 

The Quick Links section displays the current quick links set for the account and contains a link to the account page where the user can change these links.  See page 4.

 


Building Data Points  

The Building Data Points widget contains a pie chart which displays the percentage of data points per building across the portfolio.



Building Faults  

The Building Faults widget contains a series of charts depicting the number of faults of each type across each of the buildings in the portfolio. Each row of charts has a link to the Commissioning Dashboard for each building.
