Building Profiles

The Building Profiles pages contain important information about each building.  QR codes deployed in the field provide quick access to building profiles, from which users can view basic information, link to documents, data and diagnostics, or connect to external tools such as existing document management, maintenance management, GIS, or other tools.

To navigate the Building Profiles page you can select the building from the drop-down menu to view a specific profile. Alternatively you can mouse over a building’s square (organized by building type) to view some basic information about the building, and click on it to be taken to that building’s profile. The Profile will include:

Details: Basic information about the building, including name, address, square footage, year built, and building type.  

Links:    Diagnostics – Link to the diagnostics table, pre-loaded with recent results for all equipment in this building.

Documents – Link to the documents module, pre-loaded with top viewed documents for all equipment in this building.

Projects – Link to the projects module, with this building pre-selected.

Reports – Link to the reporting module, with this building pre-selected.

External Links – Link to any other useful page with a URL.  Can be links to an external CMMS system, an external document storage system, online equipment manuals or help pages, user forums, etc.

Equipment:  All the equipment for the building will be listed by type as squares that you can mouse over for more information, including number of points, equipment variables, and associated equipment on each equipment. Clicking on an equipment’s square will take you to that equipment’s equipment profile.
